Cleo the soup thief

The other day, I had a great treat. Mommy had opened up a can of creamy soup and then the doorbell rang. When she went down to answer it, I just couldn't resist. The lure of the soup was just too much for a little kitty such as myself.

So, I dipped my full snout in and had a good treat. When Mom came back upstairs, she was very stern, so I lifted my head, looked at her and then licked my whiskers before going back for seconds!

YUM!

We like the pantry!

Mommy decided to clean out the pantry last night. When Daddy is away, she tries to be organized. She said something about spring cleaning, but it isn't spring yet.

Mommy cleaned up the pantry when she was on the phone with our favvvvorite aunt. Hi Aunt H! She had our Aunt Cat here too.

We walked up to the open pantry, sniffed. Walked in. Mommy pushed us out. Then we went to the trash bag that Aunt Cat was packing and jumped in! Interesting smells and stuff there! She shooed us away so we crawled into the kitty toy. Mom calls this a soda fridge pack, but we all know it was meant for kitties to crawl inside!

Then we wanted to check out the filter for the range hood. It bounces when it is knocked over!

The best thing of ALL was when Mommy started to cook potato skins. She put these in a dish and got the oven on to be warmed. They have vbacon on them so of course we had to sneak a taste when she wasn't looking.

When she saw what she did, she shook her finger at us, but that was okay, we got bacon anyway!

Love and merps,
Goose

Mommy's going to post some pics!

As soon as the camera's battery charges (whatever that means!) she'll take pictures of the rest of us!

Cleo and the laser pen

Mommy is so entertaining!

This morning, she decided she wanted to try to use something called an iced tea maker. Daddy bought this for her when we moved here, but they lost the booklet (Goose ate it!) and mommy downloaded and printed it out today.

The first thing she did was ran water through it. She said it was to clean it. Whatever it was, we were mesmerized. The water falls into the pitcher and its sooooo pretty!

Then she put this stuff in called tea. It smelled nice.I think she called it mango orange zinger. What a silly name! We all had to come up and sniff it. Mom got annoyed 'cause she said it was hot and we could get burned.

The water fell again but THIS time it was funny colored and smelled yummy. Some people say cats don't like citrus flavors, but we beg to differ.

As if this tea stuff in the machine wasn't enough, Mommy boiled some water because she wanted to try this stuff called Key Lime Colada tea. We didn't know where to look! Should we sniff the bag with the string on it or should we watch the funny colored water? It was sooo much fun!

Then, Mommy made things even harder for us to resist. She pulled out this stuff called fake sugar. We wanted a taste, but Mommy said no because they're chemicals. Whatever chemicals are, it looked like the white stuff that fell this weekend.

Now the colored water is in the cold box and mommy drank the key lime colada stuff. We're booooored! Entertain us, Mommy!

My name is Cleo and I am an addict!

I have found myself addicted to...laser pens! Mommy has a laser pen and teases me with it sometimes and I just find myself begging for more. If she doesn't comply, she gets the Puss-n-Boots look and if THAT doesn't work, I crawl on her lap and mew pitifully.

That's my story. My name is Cleo and I'm addicted!
